Mr Hush on The Jimmy Star Show

Mr Hush

Mr Hush is an American horror film which follows the story of husband and loving father “Holland Price” who is targeted by evil and dark forces over his lifespan. Mr. Hush stars Brad Loree (Halloween: Resurrection) as Holland Price, with Steve Dash (Friday the 13th Part II), Steven Geoffreys (Fright Night), Edward X. Young (Sea of Dust), and Thomas J Churchill (Emerging Past).

Mr Hush asks, “What is the ultimate horror?” and answers that for Holland Price, it is losing everything he loves. Holland is a devoted family man whose life is turned upside-down by a horrifying figure one Halloween night. The film follows Holland’s journey as he spends ten years searching the country for revenge, filled with self-torment and suffering, as he is haunted by his nightmares of that terrible night. When he is drawn back to the small town of Layton, PA where his tragedy began, he meets Debbie and begins to regain stability and peace in his life. But once his life adjusts to normal, Mr Hush and his henchman, Stark, arrive. Driven by a lifetime of hatred toward the Price family, Mr Hush continues to taunt Holland. But why? Audiences follow the hero on his emotional rollercoaster ride as he descends into a dank and villainous world to see the face of darkness for what it is – the face of Mr Hush.

Mr Hush is written and directed by David Lee Madison and produced by Thomas Churchill. It features an original score by Golden Globe winner Marco Werba of Italy and an original theme song by Visitor, comprised of Bill Gibson and Mario Cipollina (both of Huey Lewis and the News), Tal Morris (Creedence Clearwater Revisited), Tommy Castro (NBC’s Comedy Showcase/The Tommy Castro Band), Evan Galante, Eric Levy and Liv Gibson. The Mr Hush script is being featured in the permanent Core Collection in the Margaret Herrick Library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

After success on the film festival circuit and a limited US theatrical release, Mr Hush is now being released in North America on Blu-ray and DVD. Mr Hush will be available in national retailers and online via Netflix, F.Y.E, Amazon, and more on August 7, 2012.
